You haven't truly tasted banana bread if you haven't had a loaf from Nina's Home Bakery. I am a huge banana bread fan and consider myself super picky. As soon as I picked my order, I was pleasantly surprised at how substantial (read: heavy) the loaf was. The smell alone was mouthwatering; I couldn't resist sneaking a bite in the car on the way home. And OH MY GOODNESS. I don't even know how to explain what my tastebuds went through at that moment, but hands down, it surpassed allllll my expectations - the crust was perfectly caramelized with the perfect amount of crunch, the loaf was not too fluffy, not too dense...

I tried Nina's banana chocolate chip cookies at a Yelp event and omg they were AMAZING! Super moist and not too sweet. I loved the balance of banana flavor and chocolate chips. The owner is extremely friendly and I'd love to order more from her! I love how she accommodates to allergies because I'm deathly allergic to nuts. She said she has experience baking for those with celiac, so I'd highly recommend her if you want to be cautious about food allergies!

This is a hidden gem and I'm so glad to have discovered a wonderful small business! I ordered banana bread and chocolate chip cookies, both were beyond delicious! Veronica is the sweetest baker, and when I picked up my goodies they were still warm. My parents who are super picky actually asked me where they can order another loaf. No pictures of the chocolate chip cookies because they were eaten too fast! Will be ordering again soon.
